Peace Symbol Lapel Pin

Cast in pewter, 3/4 round peace symbol lapel pin. Created by Gerald Herbert Holtom on February 21, 1958 for the Direct Action Committee against Nuclear War the design quickly morphed in the widely recognized symbol for peace and is still used today to support anti-war movements, make fashion statements, and give a universal language to demonstrations the world over.
