Our custom designed patches provide the look of direct embroidery, but only cost a fraction of the price. We offer design options that include 50%, 70%, and 100% embroidery. We, also, offer smaller iron on patches or appliques.

How Do We Make Our Embroidered Patches?
First we determine the size patch that you need for your design. If you do not already have a design in mind, we can help you create one. Once your design is finalized, we digitize the artwork so that the embroidery machines can follow the design specifications. The appropriately colored cotton backing is selected and is then attached to the sewing machines. Once the embroidery machines are done, the completed patch is trimmed and ready for packing and delivery.
